In the last 15 years Novoproject worked on the construction of many large shopping and entertainment centers and hotels as technical or financial supervisors on behalf of investors and banks. Our first major project was the PÓLUS Center in Budapest followed by theWESTEND City Center, Hungary’s first and most popular shopping center to date, together with the adjoining food court, entertainment center, office compound and Hilton Hotel. During the years we have participated in managing the design and the tender process for a number of medium and large scale projects and also gained experience in requesting and evaluating construction offers.
